Get to know me
I’m Vida Haven, Coaching Psychologist and Executive Coach.
I live in London in the UK but work internationally. I spent 10 years as a Business Consultant in the Health and Wellness sector before expanding to add coaching to my services.
I’m registered with the British Psychological Society and the International Coach Federation and adhere to both organisations’ core competencies and Code of Ethics. I’m tri-lingual, an entrepreneur, investor and a Rotarian.
My personal journey
As a refugee from Iran who grew up in Sweden and the UK, I have learned that change and adversity can be a catalyst for finding new sources of strength and determination.
In my mid 20's I started my own business consulting company, using the profits to further my education and to support non-profit organisations that enhanced womens’ access to training and skills in Nepal, Iran and Thailand.
The experience of having lived and worked in Sweden, Australia, Nepal and the UK helps me understand challenges facing those of my clients who are, or who have been, based abroad or who are from international backgrounds. My professional and personal background helps me work with people from all professional backgrounds and walks of life.
I believe my strength comes from this rich experience and exposure to an international upbringing and diverse cultures. In my private practice, I bring my own experiences, and story into my work, alongside years of training, academic research and real-world business experience.
