Executive and Leadership Coaching.

Over the last 10 years, I've developed an intuition for recognising the obstacles and challenges faced by executives, business owners and organisations in transition. I understand that team dynamics vary between organisations. My bespoke interventions help teams and organisations work more effectively within their unique dynamics and often achieve standards and outcomes which outreach their initial goal.

Leadership coaching involves identifying your leadership style and learning practical tools to lead a team. I recognise that there is more than one way to lead. I work alongside clients to build skills that work harmoniously with their unique personality. I want my clients to be equipped to continue without me as soon as possible.

My Approach.

The executive coaching dynamic is similar to an individual coaching relationship. I am results focused and believe in using tried and tested techniques. I therefore keep up-to-date with best practice in my field, both through literature reviews and regularly attending academic conferences. I do this across both psychology and neuroscience disciplines.

Using psychological theory in my coaching work helps me form a more complete understanding of you and your business. My intuition plays a large part in helping cut through the noise to uncover the root cause. I will encourage you to go out of your comfort zone, but honour where you are in the moment.

My goal is to create a safe, and accepting space so that no matter what you’re experiencing you can fully experience it without judgment.
